EDUC 6990- Jobs/Roles in the ECE Community: Internationally
As my Capstone project focuses on fostering awareness and support for inclusion, I researched international organizations that will provide resources, research, and funding opportunities to promote my community of practice's goals and mission.
The first organization is The Early Childhood Development Task Force (ECDtf). The mission of the ECDtf is to empowering the lives of young children with diverse abilities and their families by providing high-quality inclusion programs around the world (http://ecdtf.org/, n.d.).
Another international organization is The Inclusive Education Initiative (IEI). This organization is a multi-donor trust fund supervised by the world bank (worldband.org, n.d.). IEI devotes in knowledge and resources to support inclusion around the globe (worldband.org, n.d.). Also, IEI focuses on promoting stakeholders and governments to fund and develop programs to support inclusion (worldband.org, n.d.).
Lastly, the International Early Childhood Inclusion Institute. This organization focuses on updated research, resources, and models that foster inclusive policy, empowering professional educators through knowledge-based studies and opportunities to meet and collaborate toward a shared mission to improve the lives of young children with special needs (https://inclusioninstitute.fpg.unc.edu/, n.d.).
As I reflect upon my research and as a social activist, finding organizations that promote inclusion is essential. It could provide me with access to resources and funds to support and expand my community of practice.
Focusing on the resources I found, I did not found any job opportunities. However, I would love to have worked at the International Early Childhood Inclusion Institute. As this organization focuses on the latest research-based study about young children with special needs, I could serve as an inclusion agent. I could access vital research and resources, work closely with educators, provide professional growth opportunities, access and coach teachers at their sights. For that position, I would need to have a passion, dedication, professional knowledge of early childhood education, and experience with working with young children with diverse abilities and their families.

It is amazing on how much organizations such as the Early Childhood Inclusion Institute are analyzing and researching ways to give children with special needs a productive life. I would love to be apart of their team. Thanks for sharing.

Honestly, I thought it was a scam, and then I decided to make a request based on their recommendations. A few days ago, I confirmed in my personal bank account amounting to $15,000 dollars which I applied for. This is really a good news and I am so very happy that I advise all those who need a real loan and who are sure to reimburse to apply through their email (text or call) +1 719 629 0982.
