When I think of Child Development
As I come from the professional world of inclusion in early childhood education, I feel that emotional interactions are vital for the healthy development of children during the early years. It starts with a secure and loving relationship between the infant and her parents that foster attachment and support all the needs of the child. Through emotional interaction, trust is built, and children are starting to understanding their own emotions, and the emotions of others. Furthermore, through emotional and social interactions, there is a growth in all of the child’s developmental domains.
